How We Create Our Content

Every Help. You page is planned and reviewed by the Help. You Editorial Desk. Automation may assist consistency checks and original illustration production, but publication decisions remain human-led.

Research and planning

Define the reader's decision

We identify the situation, the outcome a reader can reasonably reach and the point where an official source or qualified professional must take over. Research focuses on the steps, evidence and risks needed for that decision rather than collecting facts without a purpose.

Drafting and review

Test every step for use

Editors build a clear task sequence, explain each action in plain English and check that cautions do not become alarmist. We review the title, H1, description, headings, internal links and source labels together under the editorial policy. The finished page is connected to the relevant guide topic rather than left as an isolated article.

Visuals and imported articles

Human approval remains required

Original visuals are created for Help. You with OpenAI image generation, then reviewed, cropped and optimized as WebP. Imported journal drafts are sanitized, stripped of extra H1 headings and placed into Monday, Wednesday and Friday publication slots within a six-month queue. Scheduling does not replace editorial review.
